Delivery Policy

All orders within the British Virgin Islands (BVI) are hand delivered. After your order is placed, a member of our team will contact you to confirm a delivery time and location that works best for you.

We currently deliver to Virgin Gorda and Tortola with the following options:

Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery – $5
Delivery within 0–2 business days
(Next-day delivery available based on location and order volume)

Expedited Delivery – $10
Same-day delivery available if the order is placed by 12:00 PM on a business day.

Priority Delivery – $25
Urgent delivery outside normal delivery windows. Subject to availability and confirmed upon request.

Delivery is currently available on Mondays - Saturdays only. Contact SERVIN for any alternative arrangements.
